Boris Schmelter alias DYSET (*1980) intensively spends time on graffiti since 1996 and therefor travels through whole Europe.
DYSET is known for blending classical graffiti stylewriting with 2D graphic design and spatial 3D elements, crowned by his signature antennas.
2001 he starts his communication design studies at the University of Applied Sciences Hannover. Parallel to that, he was founder member of the design collective xhoch4 in 2003. 2005 he launches his project 27 ADDICTS, in which the mergence of design and graffiti is put down on paper in collaboration with 27 artists from all over the world.
2008 he moved from Ingolstadt to Munich and lives and paints here till today. 2011 he started a project called SOFT-CAN which was about fluffy spraycans. He organised the biggest graffiti jam in southern Germany La Grande Schmierâge bringing 60 international writers to Ingolstadt every two years from 2007 to 2021.
In 2014 he founded his branding agency SCHMELTER BRAND DESIGN which he still leads.
Always open to invitations to graffiti festivals and mural projects, but not available for commissioned work.
